Refund and Returns Policy

Non-Refundable Retainer Fee Policy

All service appointment bookings require a $150 non-refundable retainer deposit fee. The retainer deposit is required for all bookings in order to secure the appointment time/date. The $150 payment will be applied & deducted from your total service appointment cost. All fees and payments made in relation to Espoir Permanent Makeup services and offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Payment Policy

The remaining balance due for your service is to be paid in full on the appointment date. Accepted Forms of Payment: Card, Venmo, PayPal
